Vendor agrees to participate in the listed event on listed date at listed location from the form above. Vendor understands and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Event Organizer. Please print or save this page as it may be subject to change or additions.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and staff to operate their booth or display.

• Vendor agrees to maintain a clean and orderly booth or display area throughout the event.
   

• Vendor shall comply with all applicable health, safety, and fire regulations.
   

• Event organizer reserves the right to provide certain equipment, however vendor must ensure that they have the necessary equipment and supplies for their display.
   

• Vendor is expected to participate in promotion of the agreed event in the manner that they choose, ads, social media, etc.
   

• Commitment of at least half the time of the total event.

3. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event Organizer will provide:

• Agreed space

• Agreed time.

• Event Organizer will promote the event and the participating vendors.

• Equipment described on selected package, this will vary with every separate event.

• Questions or details can be noted below in the message area of this document and can be separately documented amendments via email.

4. Fees and Payments

Vendor agrees to pay a fee of [Agreed Fee Above] to the Event Organizer.
Payment is due [1 week prior to event date]. Fees can be paid at any time upon signing the agreement document, however the vendor space cannot be guaranteed until full payment is secured. Your space can be held with a 50% deposit until 1 week prior to event date, where the full payment is due. After-which, you risk losing your spot. Partial payments for deposit or otherwise must be separately agreed upon. 

5. Cancellation Policy/Cancellation Fee

If Vendor cancels their participation, all fees paid will be forfeited. Cancellation fee is covered by the forfeited amount paid by vendor. This is to protect the Event organizer from any loss caused by vendor cancellations.

Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In such case, Vendor will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a refund of any fees paid.

6. Indemnification

 Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Event Organizer from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from Vendor's participation in the event.

7. Governing Law

 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan.

8. Entire Agreement

 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
