RKTOPIC.COM will consider returns/refunds the guidelines are below.

Shop Customer Important Info

RKTopic is a growing but still new small business. We enact certain cost saving measures such as working with online partners who maintain inventory and fulfill orders. RKTOPIC creates the designs and our online partners prints each design and ships the orders to the customer. We do not stock our products, each order is printed upon demand. RKTopic works with online print partners who shall fulfill all orders. RKTopic may self-fulfill select products on a limited basis.

RKTopic does not store any inventory. Each order is created upon demand, Printed and then shipped by our print partners. This requires orders an additional 1-4 days for production time prior to shipping. Shipping may be an additional 3-7 days.

If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping is sourced through various carriers, but mostly USPS mail. RKTopic has no control over delays due to shipper error, weather, etc. The Postal Service frequently experiences various delays. RKTopic works diligently to get your order processed for shipping quickly in any case and we will keep you fully informed of changes.

Requests for customization are based solely on the discretion of the staff. This will require additional fees.

📦 Shipping & Production

Because we do not stock inventory, every order requires a two-step timeline:

• Production: 1–4 business days to print and prepare your item.
• Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days via USPS (or other reliable carriers).
• Total Lead Time: Please allow roughly 10–14 days for your custom order to arrive.

Note: While we work diligently to meet these windows, global supply chain fluctuations and carrier delays (weather, peak seasons) may occasionally extend transit times. We appreciate your patience.

• Original Art: Every design in this shop is created by my own hand using professional design software. I do not purchase or copy “stock” designs; I build them from scratch with a personal twist.
• Quality Standards: I bring over 21 years of design experience to every piece. If I am using a new technique or tutorial to grow my craft, I ensure it meets my high standards before it reaches your door.
• Fair Pricing: My prices reflect the complexity of the art, the cost of premium “blank” materials, and the value of original creative work. We aren’t a “big box” store—we are a boutique experience focused on quality over quantity.

🛠️ Customization

Requests for custom designs or modifications are handled at our discretion and will incur additional design fees. Feel free to reach out if you have a vision you’d like to bring to life!

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your RKTopic gear. Because each item is printed specifically for you, please review our guidelines below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused).
• Equipped with all original tags and packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us: Email info@rktopic.com with your order number.
2. Damages/Errors: If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please attach a photo to your email. We will evaluate the issue immediately to make it right at no cost to you.
3. Return Shipping: For “change of mind” or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Digital Downloads or services.
• Personalized/Custom orders.
• Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union customers: In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day “cooling off” period to cancel or return your order for any reason.
