Our baseline development philosophy is centered around user-controlled privacy. As a general rule, our Applications do not collect, harvest, aggregate, or quietly transmit your personal or sensitive data to external servers.

Depending on the specific utility of the individual Application you are using, the software may interact with data or require localized permissions in the following manner:

• Local System Memory: Applications that feature data export capabilities (such as generating CSV, Excel, or text files) require local device storage read/write access. This interaction remains strictly sandboxed within your physical device architecture.

2. Data Storage and Retention

To facilitate secure, offline-capable environments (“Zero Wi-Fi Required” functionality), any data handled by our Applications is saved exclusively within the physical device’s local isolated app directory. RK Topic does not host database syncing, background cloud mirrors, or administrative recovery protocols for your local application data. Uninstalls or hardware failures will result in the permanent deletion of locally stored info.

Because we do not ingest or monitor your operational metrics, we do not sell, lease, monetize, trade, or distribute user data to any third-party brokers, marketing networks, or external entities. Our Applications execute functions within framework parameters set by parent systems (such as Android, iOS, Wear OS, Google LLC, or Apple Inc.). Any native transaction processing, license verification, or background system analytics are governed strictly by the marketplace distribution agreements and privacy settings of those native platform operators.

5. Children’s Privacy Compliance

Our operational Applications are designed to serve general audiences or provide business-to-business utility, and do not knowingly target, track, or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
